The Bill (Reg. No.4260) introduces amendments to the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine and the Laws "On Protection of Consumers´ Rights" and "On Arbitral Courts", pursuant to which, the customers can refuse unilaterally from an arbitration award.

The said amendments shall guarantee protection of consumers´ rights at the State court.
